Present! I am 42 and striving for healthier living! When I started 45 days ago my goal was to lose 40 - 45 pounds. According to MFP I am down 17 pounds. I count my calories, I exercise (either running, very slowly, or walking) almost daily. I am a vegetarian and I am in this to win it because winning means life.

My daily meals are very close to this reset. Day 44 is tomorrow. I have a protein shake in the AM, a protein bar for lunch. THIS! I loved my soda, back then. Now..well recently my son brought home a Cherry Coke Zero. I took a small sip to taste and then I took a larger gulp and that was it. After about 15 minutes my stomach became bloated again and hurt. I will not touch the stuff again.
