How have you done so far? It is especially tough when you have an event coming up. That adds to the stress, for sure. At work, have to spoken to the chef to work out what is available that works within your dietary requirements? I know it is a little awkward as an employee but you may find support there.

I'm late to the conversation also but I have the same frustration, and I have two teens plus a husband who think nothing of chowing down on crisps or some other crud (which is irritating on a whole 'nother level). Like you, I worry about my husband's health. His numbers (cholesterol, BMI, etc) are worse than mine. But to…

@mmultanen It's all moving the right way. I read up on something called the whoosh effect but I've only seen a 1 pound whoosh :/ Thank you for your response. The gist of it is just keep on keeping on (is that the saying)?

@baconslave - thanks for the words of insight and encouragement. Perhaps there is a little spring cleaning going on here.

Hi all. Just joined this community and have been doing keto/LC for 2 months now with fabulous results. My goal this week (and the last 2 weeks) is to: 1. maximize my time outdoors enjoying Springlike temps in Colorado. 2. Continue to keep the carb intake around 50g (primary sources of carbs are fruits and veggies, no…
