I changed my macro percentages to match exactly those numbers. I believe i am around 180lbs of lean muscle mass at 260lbs and 6'4. Im at 180grams protein if i did the math right, 92 grams fat and the rest is carbs.

I also cut out, soda, amazing how many calories i was drinking! Just water, and every now and then once or twice a week ill have a coke zero. Just water other than that, and black iced coffee

Thats awesome! I believe i have a bit of muscle under the fat i have, even at 283 alot of ppl thought i was at most 240s. I carry weight in a way that shocks most people when they hear my weight compared to how i look like i weigh. Im 283 in my profile.

I believe i did actually, i tried to lower my carb and fat intake, believing or thinking, that it may help with my high triglycerides levels. My last bloodwork fasting about 6 weeks ago, i was in the 600s. I dont eat fried foods, but was eating alot of foods high in fat and carbs. I also understand it may be genetic.

I have not implemented any workout routine yet, because i have a pretty physical job as a pipefitter/welder. 8-10 hour days. I just started my weightloss goal roughly 6 weeks ago, i was 277 to start.

MFP has my calorie deficit at 2092 to lose 2lbs a week. It has my protein intake at 209 grams. I have been averaging around 140 grams. My over goal is to try and get as close to 195lbs but have set a short term goal of 230lbs and go 10lbs from there to see where i feel and look my best

That would be a a much welcomed side effect to get Ripped.. Reading the replies, im thinking ill change my goal to 230 and then go down from there 10lb increments untill i like and feel great at that weighf. I appreciate the replies.
