  • Oatmeal with protein powder is my go to.I buy the oatmeal packets and then just put a scoop of my protein powder in a container. Good boost of energy mid-day and by the time I go to the gym after work the protein is in my system!
  • I glad you guys feel the same way as me! There are some people at the gym that I like to watch because they are so fit i like to see what they do to be like that.
  • I workout at 4:30 every morning and it helps wake me up and get some energy for the day. I set my alarm on my phone and keep it far away from me so I have to get up to shut it off. So then I'm already up so I just stay up :)
  • I have just discovered Cardio Kick-Boxing and I love it! You can do it with or without light weights and its high-energy and fun.
  • Tricep dips from a chair or desk, wall sits, pushups, leg lifts from your chair, lunges, side bends with a book for weight. There is a whole bunch of stuff you can do if you have the space/time :)
  • I've seen a lot of women lifting at the gym I go too! I try to get over to that section but there is usually a lot of guys and people a lot stronger then me so I feel intimidated. But i do like to left when my shyness doesn't get the best of me!
  • When you lift heavy to gain muscle you could gain weight. Muscle is heavier then fat.   • Yeah! Pretty much! There are 3 different workouts (upper body, lower body and core) and by Wednesday after completing all 3 for the first week I was sore all over.

  • I just saw that, mixing protein powder with yogurt, on Facebook! Think the video called them "power pods"? I like the Dannon Okios Triple Zero Greek Yogurt. The Vanilla is my favorite but the triple berry is yummy too!

  • Check out Popsugar Fitness on youtube. They are allllll kinds of workouts and all different levels. I do them all the time.
  • I don't feel so weird now! :) It doesn't really help that people at work are like " oatmeal again?" or "why do you put that stuff in there?" hahaha!

  • Thanks for the input everyone! I tend to eat the same things everyday and I don't get bored with it. I pick oatmeal because there isn't a lot of prep involved with it. I just grab the packets and portion my powder and I'm good to go. It keeps me full until i get home from work which is good because our office has candy…
