  • yeah when do you weigh yourself? its best to weigh first thing in the morning. It's only been a couple of days. you may have lost a pound or some inches and you are unaware so don't be hard on yourself! Maybe you should experiment with your snacks and meals to see what keeps you full longer while keeping it healthy.

  • There are ready made tyson chicken . just heat in a skillet for 5minutes and toss them in a ready made salad. I usually prep salads then add chicken takes 7 minutes if that......shrimp does not take long. I usually add shrimp or chicken with vegetables I already have and add light seasoning and just a dash of soy sauce.
