I have stopped drinking my calories and I’m talking over 1200 a day, it is what would be convenient for me. My only problem now is I have 0 calories from drinking but find it difficult to get enough calories in food.

It's definitely annoying, can't wait till it's fixed. But remember your steps still count regardless if it's syncing or not. Don't stop stepping.

Sorry you are going through this. Its a terrible feeling to have. Make yourself the best you can be, regaurdless of the situation. It will be a better feeling for YOU no matter what the outcome is. Put your frustration out on the treadmill not into food. ❤ hang in there

For lunch I like quinoa with diced cucumbers, tomatoes and parsley in it. Its also a source of protein. It's basicly a simple taboulah.

Try a local butcher shop most of them will make their own right in-house

I'm making stuffed peppers tonight. I use ground turkey and quinoa with tomato puree and fresh basil.

I do and I love it. My local market offers it, they always give you good quality produce too. Well if it's not good it's double your money back. Anyways I have found I save lots of money doing this because no impulse buying of food. Keeps weekly menu planing on track.

I cook with it all the time at work. It works really good if making a tabbouleh or when making a vegan based stuffed pepper. The possibilities are endless.
