Everything in moderation. One of my non-negotiables is one tsp of sugar with my coffee. And I mostly eat organic with little meat and few, if any, processed foods. Please don't get hung up on a particular food. Focus on overall improvements.

I find that sometimes I just have to "ride out" my binge and then start over. But, also you may b feeling hungry if you're not getting enough calories and/or protein. My thirst sometimes masks as hunger, so I'm learning to go for the water first. (And I keep all temptation out of my pantry and fridge!)

Hi and welcome. I'm losing weight to ward off diabetes which is rampant in my family. I find keeping my weight loss in smaller challenges works better for me than when I think about how much I need to lose in total.

NOOOO FISH! My office was close to the employee kitchen and I shared a vent with it. Fish always caused the largest complaints. The odor permeates and it also stays in the microwave.

I was under calories one day also and I think all these comments are helpful. I know from past experience that dieting too vigorously can stall your weight loss. Good luck! My family has extensive diabetes and it's why i work hard to keep my weight down. Not easy, but you can do it. Look at weight loss in small steps. Lose a pound; 2; five!
