Im new and need support

Hi im new here and am looking for new friends for support. I have pre diabetes so im here to log and watch all my carbs and everything. I started my weight loss journey in September 29 2014 at 212 and now im 199.6 so lost 12.4 lbs but still 9 lbs away from my goal. . i will support back and motviate back

Hi and welcome. I'm losing weight to ward off diabetes which is rampant in my family. I find keeping my weight loss in smaller challenges works better for me than when I think about how much I need to lose in total.0

I am two points away from being diabetic, and my blood pressure is high. I have kicked things in gear and have been working on weight loss. I have about 65 lbs to go. Right now I am working toward being under 200 by April 30th. This is going to be a tough goal to meet. Feel free to send me a friend request.1

Hi, Just hang in there and keep at food jouraling and it will happen. Also go to the gym 3-4 days a week-I work out for 1 hour early at 5:30 AM M-W-F and that really helps me I have lost only 6 lbs but I have not been eating properly or I would have been at my goal by now. I love the food app.
