This is really a good idea. I just usually have breakfast before going to work but there's no reason I can't just bring my breakfast to work considering it's just Almond Milk and Protein Powder (meal replacement, not for lifting). I'm going to try this for the next week and see how it goes! Thank you!

What are some low-calorie, but filling late night snacks? I don't really know what to eat when it's that late that isn't junk food.

Okay, I set it to public, but I guess reality just kinda hit me from all your responses. I thought I was keeping up but looking back I'm doing not as good as I thought I was. I will assure this changes. Thanks everyone.

The thing is I do log everything I eat even if I cheat. I go over my limit (1500 calories not including exercise) max twice a week.

btw, I'm currently 20 years old and 187 pounds. Have a belly I'm looking to make flat.
