I bought the almond flour in "bulk" at Sams club. I wanted to try out coconut flour cause it was 60 calories per serving size rather than 160 for almond flour....I figured regular white flour is more than that tho too....just trying to make healthier changes so I can still enjoy a variety of foods....

I didn't use the mixer l, I'll try that next time...I'm just trying to be more healthier....how about coconut flour? Is that any good?

At the home dashboard on fitbit there is a spot called what have u eaten. I tapped on that and my mfp synced up with the meals and then finally my steps synced too. It is weird

Hey I'm 5'1 currently at 155lbs, would love to be at least 125lbs, 120lbs would be awesome. I was at 157 a week and a half ago. Just 2 lbs lost so far. I am just doing calorie reduction and eating healthier. I will add exercises soon, wondering if anyone have recommendations for beginners.

I'm pretty much just trying zija. I am also eating healthier. I have lost 2 pounds so far since I started which was like a week and a half ago....I'm not entirely set on zija mostly because it's way expensive. But I do think it is helping with energy. I have been doing the gallon of water a day for like a week. It's seems to help with my energy and helps with cravings. I also feel like it is helping my skin as well.
