How do you calculate calories burned for weight lifting exercises ?

Let's say I am under my calories for the day but over my fat grams. Will this effect me trying to lose weight?
I did a cheat meal today and totally splurged on guacamole. I feel soooo full.....since avocado are fats, will this be bad??? I love avocados soooo much!
