Still hungry alot

Is doing calorie diet suppose to make you hungry all the time? And eventually u would get use it...Or does it mean I'm not eating enough?

You will feel hungry. There's nothing wrong with feeling hungry.
You can try to lessen your hunger by experimenting with different macro ratios, meal sizes, meal timing etc2 -
For me personally I was feeling hungry for about a week. Seems like I'm used to it now. When I do feel hungry, I drink tea or water. That fills me up for some time.2

Hunger is normal in a calorie defecit. Your body is burning more energy than it is consuming, and for many of us, it feels uncomfortable (in the form of constant hunger). You get used to it, but if your hunger is anything like mine, it never really 'goes away' entirely while dieting down.2

I was really hungry at the beginning of my cut but now a few weeks in I'm not as famished. I DO still get hungry but not empty the fridge and binge hungry. My calories are a little low to accommodate Sunday planned overages so I have to live with the choices I make lol. I'm a volume eater so I need to have a lot of food. I do this by having mostly lean meats and vegetables so I fill up on protein and fibre. Don't skimp on fats even in the weight loss phase, they help a lot. I usually add a teaspoon to my salads to balance out my meal. Then garlic bread cos I love garlic bread lol3

How many calories are you aiming for? When I go too low, I feel more hungry. But when I first drop them I will be feeling it for about a week, and then adapt. Everyone is different on what macros split works for them. Some prefer low carb. Personally, I prefer higher protein and higher fibre with moderate carbs and fat.1

I was hungry a lot, I fined eating eggs with some grapes keeps me full longer and drinking a lot of water. But is tough sometimes1

Your body really should stop feeling the intense hunger after a week or so. I don't think you need to raise your calories unless you start seeing too quick of a weight loss. Just remind yourself that hunger means you are in a deficit, which will result in weight loss. As long as you aren't dropping more than 2 pounds a week you should be fine.0

Back when I was packing on the pounds, I never allowed myself to feel hunger. It was as if I feared it.
But really, with a typical pattern of 3 meals a day, a growling stomach should be expected. It only takes about two hours for the stomach to empty. After that it just stays empty for a few hours until the next meal. That's not true hunger, just an empty feeling and it's entirely normal whether a person is restricting calories or not.2 -

That's reasonable. How long have you been feeling this way? The first week or two is an adjustment period.0 -
when i feel hungry i tell myself i can eat, in an hour. sometimes the hour comes i find i can push it a bit longer and feel pride about it. helps me spread my calories out as i prefer to eat late night knowing i have the calories helps alot.2

Like someone else mentioned, it may.. it may not. I had to increase my protein intake by quite a lot (mostly from meat or eggs) so that I could get over the "hungry hump". But, it also helps that I started figuring out that more veggies = less hungry.
Just experiment and see what works. Some people work better on carbs, some (like me), definitely do not.2 -

Almost 2 weeks
It should start improving soon. That being said, some people say that it never goes away for them. Try playing around with the types of foods you eat, to see if you can find a different combination that works better for you. I found that an increase in protein, and some extra veggies helps.1
