Thats actually a good idea. I think a lot of the times simple meals are the best as its not too complicated especially for people that work long and sometimes dont have the time to cook complicated meals with strange ingredients lol. What do you eat to increase protein intake. I struggle! Even with a protein shake in the morning and protein both lunch time and dinner i still cant reach goal of 130g. Think i just need to either have an extra shake or eat more chicken. Lol

It says 1200 but im struggling with that one. I workout 4 x a week too and find that 1200 is just not sustainable for me. Unless I'm being a greedy ..... lol. I need to lose 4 to 5 kgs to reach my goal. Im 159cm and 57 kgs.

I binge when im bored or extremely tired. Ill start off with a small snack i.e. an apricot which later turn to 6 apricots, a kit kat bar and a slice of toast. When im on a binge i am NEVER full. I find it so stressfull and so hard to stop myself!

I haven't found any remedy for it im afraid. I'm on 130g protein 120g carbs and 50g fat. I'm 5ft 2 and I weigh 55kgs. It's been nearly 4 weeks since upping my protein. Don't know of any intolerances at the momment but should do a test I think it would be nice to know what i am actually Intolerant too. X

Yes I think that it really is water weight. From hitting 56kgs ( my heaviest in 2 years) I am now 55.4kg lol this is the end of the my first week of hardcore gyming. I became slightly obsessed with counting calories and it made me feel a little anxious and depressed so I stopped however I can usually judge roughly on what calories I am consuming. I am eating around 1.300 kcal

I told MFP that I wanted to lose. I don't want to lose a huge amount of weight, about 4-5 kgs and then when I do I want to tone up. Even now at 55kgs I'm not a bad weight but I don't feel toned and I come off looking like i am mire than what i weigh

I love how you're always positive, thank you. Ok I think i got the jist of it all now. Like I said in previous posts I did stop tracking as i got very obsessed with it and wasn't doing any good for my mental state,but i will try again and see how it goes. Membership at the gym will help motivate me.

Yes this probably could be it .. just so frustrating. I wish it was easy but it's not I find it all so complicated. I eat around 1200 calories a day, im 5ft 2 and before i had the weight gain I was 53kgs and now I'm 55!

I was tracking them obsessively to be honest so I took a break from counting calories but I basically know what each thing I eat roughly is from tracking before and to be honest im.eating pretty much the same as i was before. This is why it's the only thing I can think off. It's bizarre.. It's making me feel awful
