hahaah do you have any rules that you follow to balance your daily meals?

if i train in the morning i eat more carbs and then i try no carbs for the day and if i train in the evening all day i eat no carbs and only dinner with carbs. Am I doing it ok or im messed up all together? Im trying to follow food plans of Joe wicks

i do weight my food the last two weeks now.... and i log most of my food in the mornings before go to work and then i do extra ones if i have to. Sezxy Stef god no im not pregnant :)

Thanks guys. I do log my food even create my own recepies and log them then. i do it pretty honest. I can honestly say i still have a glass of wine every two weeks and dinner out every two weeks. But i do feel a bit dizzy sometimes...
