Hi there! I lost 56lbs in 9 months last year. After that I hit a plateau that lasted four months. I used phentermine prescribed to me by my doctor to push me out of my rut, and I do have to say it’s done its job. I started taking it the last week of April and have lost 15lbs. I’m not sure how much of that I can attribute…

70lbs down...so far :)

14 months and I’ve lost 64lbs

I hear this! I even plan out what I'm going to say the next time someone makes a comment, but for some reason it's always the most awkward exchange hahaha. I don't understand why!!

That's inspiring! Great job!

That I feel bad if I have a really busy day and it interferes with my workout plans. That some days I still look the same in the mirror to myself. That even though I get a comment about my weight loss almost every day from someone (60lbs down) I feel they're just being nice because they know I'm trying to lose weight (even…

12/11/17, today is my sons second birthday, and it’s also the day I reached my goal of 30lbs lost by Christmas! It’s also the first time I’ve been in Onederland since high school, 199.6. Thank you for inspiring me and keeping me accountable. Best of luck to all of you

Started at 230 for this challenge and down to 202 as of this morning. So close yet so far!

Thank you! I’ve been stuck four pounds from my goal for a while now. It’s frustrating but I’m gonna try to push through! :)

Awesome!!! I am 204 right now and getting so frustrated trying to reach 199! This post has encouraged me to keep pushing and be patient. You look fabulous! You should be so proud. That's amazing! You're amazing!

I’m gonna pig out! Hehe

I agree! It has been motivating to me to be held accountable each Monday. I'd love to do another of these when this one is done, if anyone else is interested!

Just tracking all my food on MFP and trying to get 10,000 steps a day. I have some days where the food isn't great, but I try to always get right back on track the next day.

7.8 pounds to go until I reach 30 by Christmas! We can do it!

I'm in! I started at 256 and am currently 209. So close! It will be the first time since my first year of college that I will be under 200.

I'm down 40lbs in six months and my lower back pain has definitely improved. It hardly bothers me anymore, and used to bother me daily.
-
I am going on a cruise next Friday. I think that might set me back a few weeks! All the reason to work hard now :)
-
Lucky to have you as a MFP friend to inspire me. Such a great job!

My 30th birthday was yesterday and there was a bit of alcohol involved. Right back on track today though! :) hope everyone is having a great long weekend!

Hope everyone is having a great week and having fun participating in this challenge! I haven't had a loss this week, but know that weight loss isn't linear even if we stick to the plan! We must persist! :)
-
I have been at it for 5 months and have lost an average of 7lbs per month. It's nice to see everyone else's responses! Sometimes I get discouraged when I see others have lost way more in the same timeframe.

I would love to join this challenge. Also, if anyone is looking for new MFP friends, please add me! :)

Very inspiring! Amazing!
