Thank you all for sharing your photos. I'm just starting to get back to working on my goals and don't have after pics. I've also been reluctant to take before as I am disgusted by how I look. You all have shown me how important taking these photos are.

28 pounds down in about 2 months. Not a huge dent yet but making some progress.

Uhhhhhh, your after pic looks like you favor and could be some kin/relative to...a 21st century Cary Grant (with a beard and moustache).

    300lbs (50lbs lighter than my heaviest) to 160lbs. (I'm 5'7").

24W to 6 in pants. 3XL to (Juniors) S in shirts (being small chested means I fit juniors tops better than misses)

BOOOOM! Somebody is a first class winner AND your own FIRST prize and that somebody is YOU, big time! Absolutely tremendous job--WOW!!!!!

Am I the only one who hasn't got "before" pictures? Or did I just not fit onto a single photo? Somehow there was always another person / a tree / an elephant in front of me. Can't understand how they jumped in front of me at the last moment...And there are lots of pictures with only my head sticking out of some water / swimming pool. Does that count I wonder?

    Me too!
