For me that has been the best part about MFP. Its so simple and easy to follow. CI/CO. Nothing more. People have asked how I did it and then they don't believe me when I tell them.

I would say dont fall into the trap. Maintain your caloric deficit. When I need more calories I make sure I walk more or work out to earn some.

I totally agree with you on cheat meals. When I stay focused its so much easier to keep going. When I have a cheat meal (I never go over my net calories) it makes the rest of the day or the next day harder.

I made it my next goal today. After hitting my "Drivers License weight goal my next goal was to get to wedding weight (218). I hit that this morning. My big goal is 73 lbs so I get it. That number is way to hard!!! Right now I am trying to loose 6 lbs to get to my wedding weight. After that I need to loose 6.5 more to get to my HALF WAY POINT!!!

Just an update...I'm now 57 days in and down 24.4 lbs. I stay below my net calories every day and below my 1500 most days. There are days when I earn 1500-2000 extra and I just cant imagine eating those. I have grown accustomed to eating way less and not being hungry.

When you say you have not gone over your Calories is that your net Calories or just your Calories for the day? I get 1500 a day but often eat b/t 1600 and 1800. I never go over my net Calories that I get from syncing my Fitbit.
