missed a few days
HELP...I had close to 380 days of logging. I went camping and left my phone and could not log. Is there any way to go back and log those days to keep my streak going?

I did it....
Yesterday was my 46th birthday and my 304th day of logging. It was also the day that I reached my goal of 70 lbs lost. SW 248.5 CW 178.5 GW 178.5! I'm really excited but also nervous. For those of you who have reached your GW how the transition to maintainance? I am nervous with the large jump in Calories that MFP says to…

Normal BMI
Brag post….274 days ago I was sitting at the dinner table enjoying a large #1 value meal from McDonalds. I did not give a second thought to the calories or what I had already eaten that day. I was just enjoying the special sauce and frys. Angie was talking about an app she had on her phone that tracked her calories and it…

Updated caloric values
I need some help. My app just updated and it now says I can eat 2240 calories a day and not the 1500 I have been working with for the last 175 days. I did not change any of my goals and have been loosing approximately 2 lbs a week for the last 6 months. I have 15 lbs to get to my goal. Why the increase?

155 Days and Counting
I have not posted in awhile. Here is my update. SW 248.5 CW 198.3 GW 180 That's just over 50 lbs lost and I am on day 155. I have had good days and bad days but consistency wins every time.

Drivers License Weight
I started MFP 30 days ago with no real goal in mind. The only reason I did it was my wife started a few days before me. My start weight was 248 and I am currently 234.5. I decided today my first goal would be to get to my drivers licenses weight of 225 and then pre marriage weight of 218. For healthy BMI I should be around…

Wedding Weight
This forum has been a great motivator for me. I started MFP while eating a McDonalds #1 Large meal and watching my wife log her food. I thought it would be funny to see what my meal added up to. It was 1200ish calories and MFP said I should only get 1500 a day if I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week. I logged the next day just to…

I feel fat
OK so this may sound strange to some. I have lost 28 lbs in the 77 days I have been using MFP. My pants are big, my belt is big, and my shirts are hanging. My SO 248 and my CW is 220. I know 28 lbs is great but ALL day today I have felt FAT. I'm curious when you stopped feeling fat?

What % loss do you consider substantial?
I am on day 71 of MFP and have lost 26lbs. That's just over 10% of my total body weight. Mentally I feel like I need to lose 40 lbs or 16% of my body weight to be substantial. Do you track % lost or just lbs. What is a substantial weight loss for you?

Little success add up to big results
I started using MFP 48 days ago. I'm not really sure why I started but I sure am glad I did. My starting weight was 248 with an overall goal weight of 175. I am 25% to my goal (CW 229.5) and so glad I started this. I am finding that setting little goals is making the big number easier. Here are my next mini goals I am…

Net Calories
I'm 30 days in to using MFP. I have lost 14lbs and stay under my 1500 calories most days. I use a Fitbit and it syncs with MFP. I feel like my fitbit gives me to much "credit" for steps walked. Today I walked 14.4k steps and it gives me an extra 1263 exercise calories. Am I still good if just stay under my net Calories? I…

Weight Plateau
How long do weight plateau's last? My SW: 248 and my CW is 228.6 I only go over my recommended 1500 calories a day once or twice a week but I never go over my adjusted net calorie's. I have been flat on weight loss for over a week. I am committed to this but need an idea of what other have experienced so I can set my…

My current goal is to get to what my drivers licenses says I am

Hello everyone...I am new to MFP. I have been using a fit bit on and off for a few years but started logging all food 22 days ago. So far I am down 11 lbs with a short term goal to drop 30. Once I hit that I will set a new goal. Starting at 248.
