I hear you, but it isn't as easy to stay motivated as you might think. Going to the gym for me is a lot easier to stay focused and on task. I don't go to socialize

Trust me, I was modifying quite a bit. I also have yoga blocks and many times I was doubling up those suckers, so I wouldn't have to bend over so far :p

@gmedina1285 I try to food prep as much as possible in advance. That way all of my food is MFP counted ahead of time. If you can, buy a couple of frozen ice packs and take your meals to go in a small portable cooler (lunch box size). This has helped me so much not eating take out or junk food/snacks

@Miss_zita_2020 I subscribed to Less Mills online. They have an App on Roku, so I didn't have to go to the gym. Less Mills streams all of their work outs. I only do body pump - but they have Volumes 89 - 111.
