  • I'm not sure how you feel about trying out a whole food plantbased diet but that really helped me lose weight and improve my health! It would even help to just incorporating more plant-based foods/ meals into your diet if you don't do so already! Everyday is just another day close to your goals! We all believe in you!
  • If you haven't had enough calories during the day and you are planning to eat clean food it really shouldn't matter when you eat. The more you eat the faster your metabolism is. If you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode so no time if really to late to eat as long as you eat clean whole foods
