Raw Avocado pesto with Spiralized zucchini noodles: 1 avocado, 1/2 lemon, 1 chopped zucchini, 2 cloves garlic, 2 cups basil, 1 cup arugula, 1/4 cup pine nuts (sub hempseeds, walnuts, etc.)
Noodles : 1-4 zucchinis spiralized recommended
P.S. You can add hempseed & chia seeds for protein healthy fats & fiber
I also sometimes add tomato & onion for texture but it's all up to you
