Everyone i know looses weight like its no big deal and easy to me its so hard its misrable knowing im trying to loose weight its the fact i carnt just eat what i want that stops me all the time knowing i halft to eat healthy puts me off knowing i carnt just choose to eat what i want

Thanks all getting fed up of the same foods and im feeling hungry all the time doing my head in ive messed it up again by eating loads of chocolate chrisp sweets need to get back on track again i just struggle

im on antidepressants and yes i can walk there in the winter but not summer i have panic attacks with hot weather im only 11 stone but the rolls of fat on me for 11 stone is ridiculous im so small of a person and its just effecting me and im constantly thinking im never going to loose due to this illness now im so fed up

accutally not all people stop excersizing when you loose weight its a lifestyle change so therefore it needs to carry on even when you have lost the weight

im 11 stone 9 164 pounds wanting to get to around 8 stone 9 im excersizing because i like it and also for a healthier lifestyle and also to help me burn calories weight loss with my healthy eating lol why else would anyone excersize?
