Stir fry is good - you can pretty much throw anything in it! I also like chilli con carne and bolognese.

Any combination of protein, starch and vegetable. Pork, lamb, beef, salmon, cod, mackerel, trout, rice, bulgur, pasta, sweet potato, couscous, salad, peas, beans, carrots, brussel sprouts... Or just make a vegetables soup. Have you tried lefing through a cookbook? Do you have any dietary restrictions?

I'm from the north of England. The evening meal has always been 'tea' in my house. 'Dinner' is the midday meal.

If you are weighing your food you can surely eat whatever you want. Just check the portion sizes.

Why cant you? Eating 100% healthy isnt necessary, Sure eat healthier but that doesnt mean you cant eat what you love... I eat pudding and icecream daily and iv lost 105 pounds i just prioritize and find a good mix between the "good" and "bad"

I make a list of 28 evening meals once a month. Here are some things we have had recently:
    1. Scrambled eggs, cheese toast
    2. Fassolatha soup, bread
    3. Spaghetti and meatballs, salad
    4. Mexican manicotti
    5. Garlic chicken stir fry, rice
    6. Grilled sandwiches, fruit or salad
    7. Boneless wings, french fries, salad
    8. Stuffed French toast with strawberries
    9. Stuffed bread with ham and swiss cheese, salad
    10. Tandoori style chicken, sauteed squash with onions, garlic, tomato and basil
    11. Pasta with chicken, broccoli and pesto
    12. Smothered burritos
    13. Steak, potato, salad
    14. Mozzarella stick chicken fries, marinara sauce, salad

I find ideas on Pinterest or food blogs like Skinnytaste or Budget Bytes.
Allrecipes or Food.com are good recipe sources too.

Look up the recipes of those food boxes like Gousto or Hello Fresh. Then cook their recipes and ignore their expensive boxes. Fast and easy cooking, endless variations.
