I suggest just getting up at work and walking outside as often as you can. Even if it is snowing, raining, or hot and humid. It really helps to just feel a breeze…

  • thanks people I already feel better seeing that there are real people out there that have similar issues. My eating issue, eating after 7pm. Great all day then Boom- pork out right up till bedtime - anyway to get control of this?
