I sent them a passive-aggressive facebook message ;)

Google vegan recipes, you will find lots and lot out there! x

Probably snacks. Although I don't count carbs so wouldn't know when it comes to that!

Wow, I'm not impressed that it's whey based... I asked them if it was vegan and they said it was, so I've been drinking it, not knowing that it is actually processed with milk. Very disappointing. I guess it was a bit sickly sweet for me anyway- and mixing my own vodka sodas is cheaper and has less un-needed add ins. I was…

Annoyingly I get an allergic response from running, no matter what the weather or the pollen situation etc! I generally just put up with it- if it gets really bad I take an antihistamine. It reduces as I increase my tolerance for exercise x

I actually haven't tried the Quorn because only the versuon with egg has been available here for ages- but hopefully Hell will take the vegan variety on board now that's available here :) It seems interesting!

Ahh right, that makes sense! I actually haven't had any Hell pizzas in quite a while but am keen to try some again because they do dairy free cheese- and while I like getting cheap Dominos veggie trio with no cheese, it might be nice to have a change! :)

I love my spiraliser but don't use it for noodles. I use it to make shorter lengths of carrots and beetroot for salads mostly!

I really want to try the veganised version :) It looks pretty tasty tbh!

Why don't you just buy plain rolled oats if you don't like the additives? :)

I have never been overweight. As a child I would usually eat a high quality muesli with milk. As an adult, I have pretty much just had microwaved oatmeal cooked in almond milk! Currently I top it with half a banana, a tsp of LSA, 15g peanut butter, cinnamon, and a few squares of dark chocolate  It's tasty,…

I definitely find it easier to make healthy choices as a vegan :) I have learned to cook at home instead of relying on prepackaged stuff, and it is a lot easier to avoid fast food etc when you can't just pop in to a McDonalds and grab anything- if I want junk food, I have to plan a special trip to the vegetarian/vegan junk…

Fancy vegan desserts/chocolate/bliss balls! Both money and calories :)

I love a sliced apple with 15 grams of peanut or almond butter! <3 A vegan protein shake (maybe made in the blender with a banana) can be good too. Round cucumber slices make a great low calorie cracker alternative if you have any low calorie, healthy dips (I dip them in a smokey white bean dip and sometimes top with…

I never crave non vegan things :) They just don't count as food in my brain any more.

I love it! Protein, good fats, satiating, and a great energy boost. Plus there are so many different ways to eat it, and if you get bored of it (as if) you can try other nut/seed butters out! (PB is the cheapest though of course). Just make sure you get one with no added sugar- just peanuts is what you should be looking…

I definitely tend to overestimate my calories when I don't log!
-
I usually check the menu beforehand to see what I am going to get and pre log it. I do this anyway to check that there are vegan options but it is good to do from a health/calorie perspective too! Sometimes I will just get an entree or otherwise I find that choosing vegetable dishes will have less of an impact depending on…

Fish and chips! That batter is soooo greasy. I'm vegan now which doesn't help with the gross factor of the fish, but I still can't eat battered things from the fish and chip shop even if they are vegan. Blergh!
