NZers - Hell Pizza gluten free base nutritional info

Thought this might be useful to others as well. It involves doing a bit of maths, adding or subtracting values from those for the standard pizzas (available on Hell's website), but that's easy enough. The good news is that the total cals per pizza are 1100 kj/260 cals lower!!
Also, if you've resisted trying the gluten-free base thinking it's like cardboard, it's not. I actually prefer it to the standard base, something I never thought I'd say!

Oh this is just the standard gluten free base. The Saviour base is different again as far as I know!! I'm curious, but despise quorn and think cooked avocado is just wrong. By the time I'd be done messing with it, I'd have no idea of the nutritional info, it would be sadly lacking in protein, and I may as well just go with one of the standard toppings pizzas. Also, I think the other pizzas are perfectly healthy in the context of a balanced diet anyway, at least the ones I getMy friend tried the Saviour the other day though and said it's good.

Ahh right, that makes sense! I actually haven't had any Hell pizzas in quite a while but am keen to try some again because they do dairy free cheese- and while I like getting cheap Dominos veggie trio with no cheese, it might be nice to have a change!1 -

Hell is soooo worth the extra $$ imho. And yeah, the fact that so many of their pizzas are customisable to vegan or vegetarian without sacrificing protein is awesome. I only wish I liked quorn!1 -

I actually haven't tried the Quorn because only the versuon with egg has been available here for ages- but hopefully Hell will take the vegan variety on board now that's available hereIt seems interesting!

There are some really good gluten free pizzas out there. But a word of caution, in restaurants gluten free foods can easily become cross contaminated and usually are. So if you have medical reason to avoid gluten, I wouldn't trust a restaurant thats serves both gluten free and gluten containing food. Your best bet is an all gluten free restaurant. *jumps off soap box*

This place is pretty strict about avoiding cross contamination with both gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian foods. But mine's an intolerance (not sure if just wheat or actual gluten because I haven't experimented much), brings me out in eczema. I'm okay with trace.0
