I fast two days a week and I love the extra energy I have, so I definitley work out. I believe it boosts my metabolism and on day 2 I am in a great fat burning zone. I cant imagine not exercising whilst fasting. :)

We all need good fats, so important for metabolism and general health, dont give up beautiful, whole foods. :)

I use a combination to assist with increased energy and also youthful ageing, these give me the great boost I need to stay on track and to train 5 days a week. :)
