New month new goals. Let's do this.

I try to but with a toddler and doctors appointments it gets hard. So I average about 5 times a week.

Love Jessica Smith workouts also. Next month I will mix up between Leslie and her workouts.

I also have stared taking chair yoga classes. Due to some health issues I'm battling the is a good start and in a few months I can do a normal class, maybe even a pilates reformer class

So far so good. Getting back to working out can be difficult but Leslie makes it fun. I have been using her miracle Mile, burn and firm in 30 and tone every zone walking. I want to do 6 days a week but I average 5. Still feel great about that. Great job everyone.

My goal is to walk and strength train using Leslie's DVDs. Love her so much.

On this stuff for colitis. I can do cardio but lifting seems to be better. Good luck.

Jessica Smith workouts are great also. I like to switch them up.

It's great. Do a 30 min walk one day and do a 30 min strenght training the next day.

are you wearing any type of insoles? I also have heel pain (not sure if its a heel spur or not) and I bought insoles called walkfit orthotic insoles. they have been a huge help on my feet and able to go on long walks and do lunges and what not.

I use jillian michaels begginner shred and the simply fit board. Love them both.
