  • you could try eating the same thing everyday to your calorie goal, finding out just what you need to keep your self comfortable. then relax and forget about food eating only your daily menu.
  • thin tortilla,microwave, between two paper towels until crispy, dip in salsa.
  • Hello, I too need to lose 30 pounds, been a big struggle but I can do this! I try to eat the same thing every day I can. breakfast and lunch's are good but dinner is harder. I'm hoping this works for me. maybe some others have more ideas. ( I can't exercise much now except for some physical therapy )
