I am 54 year old female, height 5ft1inch and weigh 143 pounds. I would like to be 132-133pounds as when I was at that weight pre Covid I looked and felt fit.

I read that in order to loose fat macros have to be set at carbs -20%, Protein and Fats at 40% each. That’s not easy for me as a vegan.

I was working off preset macros but am reading confusing info regarding how to set the macros. I also workout 5 days/week burning 400-500 calories/day

Thank you. So the default came up as 1440 calories, carbs 60% Protein and Fats at 20% each. Should i just leave it at that?

I don't know if it's PCOS but every time I work out very hard I start a period which is light but annoying. I really want to push myself at the gym but hate the period that follows. So have to do low impact exercises. I am 49 so I don't know if it's the hormones or maybe PCOS.

Thank you so much everyone for your encouragement, inspiration, knowledge and replies. My diet plan is open to public . Could someone please go through it and help me fine tune it? I do not eat meat or fish for religious reasons and am allergic to eggs!!
