Maybe you need to cut down on the water and see if that can trigger loose bms. maybe eat more whole grains? if you feel it is a problem maybe seek professional help.

my go to in the fall is almond milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, pbfit, half a banana, flax seeds, and pumpkin puree.

I do not feel sick. One of them is a swollen lymph node from my understanding but on both sides of my neck there are two pea sized lumps under the skin that i noticed for a few weeks and was waiting for them to disappear.the swollen lymph node is a lot larger but i've had that for several months.

I'm currently not sick and have had the swollen lymph node there months but the pea sized ones i found randomly a few weeks ago and still havent gone away.

my go to recipe esp for the morning is almond milk, half a frozen banana, couple berries, spinach, protein powder, chia seeds and spirulina! loaded with vitamins and micronutrients!

When measuring, I am measuring the smallest part of my waist. i do not think that I have body dysmorphia. I would say that my waist does not curve in like how I would want it too. it is a rather square stomach.

I am about 5'3 and weigh 136 lbs.

I am 28 inches on my waist but it is the widest part of my body!

I am 5'2 and my current weight is about 139.

I did it and lost weight instantly but right when I went back to eating carbs I gained it all back. It kept me full but I was not satisfied.

That is a good idea! Do you use a light band or one that is a bit challenging?

Try to find the menu online and stay within your caloric deficit. Or you could just enjoy the day, one day doesn't ruin your progress.

Do you have a certain routine you follow for fat loss but building lean muscle?

Thank you! I never heard of a scale that tracks body fat. Ive just been taking measurements to help me with my process. But I was also wondering, even if I only train weights with my upper and lower body will this help me lose belly/body fat all over or should I do a mix of cardio to help with that?

the hardest part for me is balancing my marcos. I always seem to be eating alot more carbs and a lot less protein
