Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but have you had a bike fit? If you are riding often, taking your bike to a shop and getting fitted may help.

Just keep riding. You're already doing it. Don't wait to join the group. Join it now. Riding with stronger and faster riders will only make you stronger and faster. Don't be afraid of getting dropped. Happens to the best of us. Just ride.

I skip rope at least four to five days a week. It's not just a great warm up, but it's a good workout as well. I've incorporated it into all of my workouts.

I use fitbit heavily... I like the challenges. I box, cycle, looking to increase weight training over the winter months. I use straw, garmin connect, mfp, and fitbit apps regularly.

P90x and Insanity are high impact, but they offer modified workouts within each video. I've found them to be helpful and they are made for home use.

After viewing some YouTube reviews, I decided to follow the advice of my man Flossy Carter and bought some Sharkk Flex Bluetooth earbuds. I'll get them in the mail tomorrow. We shall see.

Yes. I love my fitbit. There's an active community on there also so there's always an opportunity to join a challenge if you need motivation.
