I was cleaning outside and I had an Arizona tea with me. A yellow jacket decided it wanted to ruin my day so it crawled in the can and I took a sip without checking....

Yeah I may do a light workout. What little swelling there was is starting to go away now. :)

I don't have any specific goalsas far as strength or proformance I just want to get to my goal weight and then start working on strength more. I just can't seem to lose any more weight without seriously limiting my calories.

I need to lose about 15 more pounds but I have stopped losing weight even though I haven't changed anything. I started at 200lbs and now I'm at 138. I thought maybe switching from hiit to longer steady workouts might help.

I usually eat a meal before working out and a smoothie or protein bars after. So I eat back about half of what I usually workout

For mainly increasing endurance and losing weight.

Maybe I should do a small fast to help kickstart my healthy eating habit again.

I do log everything I eat however I don't have a good scale. And I usually only eat half the calories I've burned from exercise. I do have a local grocery store that has a program like that.

You are so right! I have a big bag of pistachios and I have to remind myself that just because they are healthy doesn't mean I can eat the whole bag.

It's not but pms definitely messes with my diet. I usually go through at least one bottle of rosé around that time.

Also I am eating my required calories according to mfp. I haven't gained weight but I've stopped losing it

Well I usually am full when going to the grocery store. I think it has been me just being in an emotional funk I can't shake. And mostly I crave salty chips and pizza. Cheese anything and breads. I've tried eating salads and I can't do it. I usually LOVE salads.

At my heaviest I was 200 at 5ft. I lost 60lbs like it was nothing. I'm at 140 now and want to get to 120/125 lbs. those last 20 pounds are holding on for dear life though.
