Should I workout?

So I don't know if this topic would go here, but I got stung on the roof of my mouth by a yellow jacket and was wondering if I should workout. I never react to stings other than very minor swelling and at the moment I feel fine. (Obviously if I have any bad reaction I'll go to the hospital.) I really needed to workout today because I haven't in two days and today would be my third. I normally workout 5-6 days a week. I'm just really good at making excuses to not workout but I don't know if doing so would just make the sting worse. Anybody else have this issue before?

I have zero allergies to stings, but did keep to my normal workouts after being stung on the neck by what I suspect was a bald-faced hornet (slight swelling, itching, and it hurt ;) ). No particular ill effects from working out that I could see.

Yeah I may do a light workout. What little swelling there was is starting to go away now. :)

I have had 3 stings in the past three weeks trail running. (They seem attracted to one of my shirts!).
No reaction to the stings. Kept going but swore a bit.

    So, yes, should work out.

I was stung 7 times in about 15 seconds (bees baled up in a hay bale get really pissed off). Continued moving the hay bales for several hours on a 100 degree day.

Go workout, take it a bit easy until you can confirm you are not having any issues.

Most people don't have serious allergies period. So go for it if you would like.

I was cleaning outside and I had an Arizona tea with me. A yellow jacket decided it wanted to ruin my day so it crawled in the can and I took a sip without checking....
