Pain reduction and vanity. When I'm lighter it is physically easier for me to live my life. I have fewer migraines and moving doesn't feel like such a chore. I also want to keep being able to see my cheekbones, look great naked, and have my boyfriend lift me easily.

I prefer to chew my calories rather than drink them, unless my appetite is low and I need the extra calories. I don't find SlimFast (if that is what you're talking about) to be great, because there is so much added sugar. To me it's basically low calorie junk food, and for so much sugar I would rather just be eating candy.…

I pretty much hate shopping and I still haven't grasped that I truly lost weight, so I walk around looking like a hobo a lot. I see pictures of myself sometimes and go, "wtf, is that shirt really so big?? Why are my pants so loose? They must have just gotten stretched out." Online shopping has helped. :D

It's 6:30 in the morning and I already feel like breaking down and eating chocolate all day. *kitten* PMS.
