Hey Meg. We share similarities in our daily life. One difference is I have a 6mo little boy. He's my motivation. I'm 6"2 and down 35 pounds, halfway to my goal! I have no outside motivation besides him and he's not all that encouraging lol

Sand^ is right! You do you! Can't help someone that has no interest in coming out of their hole. I was deep down and I kept going til I wanted it myself. Didn't make a difference what anyone said.

Be patient! You didnt get the body you have in just one week. Your body needs time to adjust. It's a lot of trail and error. I know that gets annoying to hear but it's true. Give it a few weeks, you'll see a difference and it's not always on the scale.
