Slack on working out, eating fast & quick - so fast food :( & then I'm always right bk to where I started overweight in front of tv wishing for motivation to keep me moving.. Anyway so wanted to see if anyone had any tips for them times I feel like I am just done & feeling like this is too much ughhh

We all have fallen victim to this.. At least you're back at it.. Every time you seem to get a little farther, so just keep moving forward. Stay away from the fast food, and get up and move.. You can do it!! Just gotta tell yourself that you can and will accomplish your goal.
Never sell yourself short. I've been where you are, and what triggered me. Everytime I would start back working out I'd be in pain for the next few weeks getting my body used to it. SDo I decided that it wasn't gonna happen again, and so far it's working..

    You got this!!!! :)

I personally don't believe motivation is what people need as much as they need self discipline and control. Motivation seems temporary and dependent. Discipline is a matter of purpose and decision. We seek motivation, disciplined is instilled by will. Discipline does what needs to be done regardless if motivation is weak or strong, present or lacking.
  • I found that it depends on where your motivation is coming from. What's driving you or nagging at you to get healthier? Mine is my 6mo old son, I want to be someone he can be proud of and I want to be a good example of health! Believe me the first few weeks suck!

But remember one thing, I don't know how old you are but it took you that long to look and feel how you do! Don't be harsh on yourself if you don't see a difference in a week! The soreness after your first week is you body changing! After a few weeks you look forward to hitting the gym or the trail.

Also for me, the days I have to drag myself to the gym are usually my best workouts!

    Good luck! :)

Stand naked in front of a mirror--that should do it.
