Well, that previous post was full of typos! Basically I'm wondering what you are eating each day to stave off cravings, eat well and still have great things to eat. I can't seem to stay consistently under my calories, although I am drinking plenty of water.

I love the Special K chocolate diet bars. They're delicious and satisfying and have a lot of protein.

I just doubled checked abs that they actually allotted me 1870 calories. That seems impossible to lose weight on. Today I ate 950 calories and I'm trying to jump start on a mostly liquid diet the first half of the day.
