Vitamins and supplements
I currently take a 1 a day vitamin plus 1200 mugs of calcium and 1,000 mgs of magnesium. I need to switch from magnesium oxide to citrate or glycinate because it's better absorbed and I also need to add a fish oil supplement. What vitamins and supplements do you take and why?

Weight going UP??!!
I've been doing MFP for a week now and my weight has gone from 111.5 to 114.5! I'm determined to make this work but I'm having a tough time figuring out what to eat. I'm not much of a cook (we eat a lot of pasta). Do you think I should try some WW frozen meals as meal replacement?

Consistently going over calories
No matter how hard I try I'm consistently going over my 1800 calories daily. I think I'll try some frozen WW meals to try to get them down. Anybody else finding it hard to eat only 1800 calories daily?

How important is water?
I'm trying to drink a gallon a day. Is this enough? How important is water to weight loss?

1674 calories?
MFP has given me 1684 calories a day to lose weight. Doesn't that seem a little high?

I want to change my daily calorie goal. How?
My current calorie goal is 1874. I believe this is too high and won't result any weight loss. Can someone tell me how to change my daily caloric goal? Thanks!

How important is water?
For those of you have has success, how important would you say water is to your weight loss? iI'm never going to be someone who can weigh weekly.I weight daily and tonight I weighed myself and gained from 11.4 to 114. Such a bummer but I've been drinking so. I hope water that sons of it has to be water weight

Disappearing water?
Do any of y'all find that every time you go to add water that the water you had entered previously in the same day is gone ?

I'm still getting as with my premier membership
My understanding is that what I get with the (not cheap) premier membership is a lack of advertising. Well I' still getting the ads. Can anyone tell me where in the Community or elsewhere (perhaps dedicated to premier members ) that I can find out why I am still getting ads? Thabks!

My understanding is that if you spring for the premier membership (which I did) you get your questions to the MFP staff answered more quickly. I can't for the life of me find the premier discussions and questions. Do any of y'all know where to find them Thanks!

MFP giving me a goal daily weight that's too high?
I weigh 11.5 and my goal is 145. MFP tells me I should eat 1800+ daily. Doesn't that seem really highly?
