I'm still getting as with my premier membership

My understanding is that what I get with the (not cheap) premier membership is a lack of advertising. Well I' still getting the ads. Can anyone tell me where in the Community or elsewhere (perhaps dedicated to premier members ) that I can find out why I am still getting ads? Thabks!

Use your other profile name. I mean, it seems like you have problems based on using more than one profile at a time, in looking at your past posts?
