My current calorie goal is 1874. I believe this is too high and won't result any weight loss. Can someone tell me how to change my daily caloric goal? Thanks!

go to home, goals, calorie and macro goal, and set it how you would like
on a side note though, people are often surprised by how many calories they can lose on. you should play around with this calculator some to get an idea of what your body uses in an average day

and if you are new to the app check out this post about accurately logging, it seems like alot at first but you get used to it and it becomes easy. For most people accuracy is the key to success

What are your stats and what activity level did you put in?
If you put in the correct data, you should give it a chance. Focus on good tracking and your meal plan for a couple weeks. I've dialed my target down several times over the past 3 months, after I was succeeding at the higher calorie target.0 -
As others have asked in your other thread, why do you think that's too high? What are your stats?0
