It could also be a sign that you're at a healthy weight! I dont know your weight loss goals or how much you currently weigh, but this could be something. I would consider this for sure. What I would focus on is the stuff you can do. While you may want to do more than just walk, think about how much worse the situation would be if you couldn't even do that right now.
