Do not worry, girl! No sane person can go without breaking! We all have those days when we either just don't care or really need that comfort food! All you need to do now is not beat yourself up and start fresh tomorrow :) start stronger!

The main things I found very useful to avoid once I started using fitness pal are butter, using much less cheese, cream, sugar or honey and milk (hazelnut milk is a good replacement for my coffee) as I realised that if I have 3 coffees a day that adds up to almost 200 calories just for milk

Thanks! And yes, I totally agree :) thinking about having a pizza tomorrow so the calories I have left today (600) plus another 500 I'm planning to burn tomorrow should be enough to cover that haha (hopefully
