Calorie consumption. Need your opinion

let's say if my goal is 1200 and I burn 500 calories during the exercise, that makes up to 1700 I can consume to still reach my daily goel. So let's say I do not eat those 500 calories on the day, does that mean I can eat 500 calories over next day and still not put on weight? I hope this makes sense haha

Yes. Many people follow a weekly calorie goal rather than a daily one.4

Sometimes the app can overestimate the calories earned in exercise so only eat half back. Personally, I only use them if I feel I need to (usually at the weekend).1
