It might be just me, but I find if I consume more than 1 or 2 things with Coconut or Almond flour in a week, I'll see weight gain or stall. The only issue I have with Sardines is that I have to share them with the cats. :smiley: If I even try to eat them by myself I'll be surrounded and glared at. They can hear a tin opening a mile away.

I've found I cannot tolerate too much "carb substitute" stuff, not even nut flours. I can tolerate the fat head pizza with almond flour every other week, or "keto pancakes" every other week, but that's about it. Quest bars and keto bread etc... just either stall me or cause a gain, and I see it immediately or a day later.…

I use Monkfruit Sugar, I was lucky and there was some pure stuff locally. I prefer it to the "Swerve" stuff - smoother and better to bake with, and I use less of it. Does not seem to spike my blood sugar at all. :)

@KnitOrMiss that makes sense, although I do TRY To sleep - sometimes my brain will not shut off despite how tired I am. I'm also an incredibly light sleeper and noise wakes me easily. Makes for a bad sleeping combo (especially with a snoring husband).
