I make my own coleslaw with homemade mayo and HWC. It does call for sweetener, I use stevia. It has 3 net carbs for a cup. I had some tonight it is fabulous.

Oh I wish! We are just starting to warm up here and it's been rainy the last couple of days. We usually can't get our garden in until around Memorial Day weekend, once there is no frost threat.

Back at you! It's quiet around our house, Easter morning, these days with our kids married and living elsewhere. So no early pitter patters of feet to see what the Easter bunny has brought! I do miss those days!

Happy Easter!! BPC is what gets me going every morning! I make mine with coconut oil, unsalted butter, a splash of either almond milk or HWC and some stevia. Then blend it up, so yummy! Enjoying a cup right now!!

I was entering my serving of macadamia nuts into MFP. I had a 1/4 cup measured, which is a serving according to the package. MFP a serving comes up in ounces so if I'm having a 1/4 cup it should translate to 2 oz, right? I weighed my 1/4 c serving and it weighed 1.2 oz, so that makes this all the more confusing.
