Well done for making this first step, Iโd recommend you ease yourself into it, then commit more and more as the weeks psss, Iโm only saying this as I went in 200 % over did it and made myself ill, so I say slow and steady . Good luck

I use Herbalife and it works well for me, I was spending a small fortune on snacks so Iโm ok with the price, unsure on why everyone is so negative

Itโs quite simple, ease yourself forward slightly on the saddle, thatโs shifting weight away from the back wheel and towards the front and bend your arm which will bring weight over the front wheel, keeping weight on it, plus lowering your centre of gravity, I have to do this all the time. Do take pressure out your frontโฆ
