    I just crave sweets at night. It’s a huge weakness for me.

    Definitely, got to have a fridge safe with all the goodies in while cutting

    I do save a portion of my calories for My 3am snack

    Evenings are the worst! After dinner when its time to relax is the hardest time for me to stop snaking!

    I agree, after evening meal, the snacks always come out!! chocolate! and biscuits!!

    It just occurred to me that I rarely eat after brushing my teeth because I hate to get the teeth dirty again. So... how about brushing teeth after dinner?

    True true... although my biggest problem is eating more of the dinner than anything. I do like sweet drinks too though, that could be an area for me to work on.

    I know I'm a snacker so I pre-plan my day to have a snack after dinner. I eat low cal ice cream because you can eat a lot for 300-400 calories.
