:D :D your coffee enema comment is freaking hilarious! That's right, no enema's needed, sometimes you don't even need to drink it, just the smell will do the trick. lolol

Aw, I hope your mom's condition continues to improve. Sorry you guys had such a scare though. Fabulous job on the weight loss!

Those thighs look so good! I’ll take two, please! How soon can you get them to me? 😂😂 I bet you make some kick butt bone broth.
-
Fabulous loss so far! Happy packing and all that Jazz for your trip. :)

Hi Elle and welcome! So many of us can relate to your story. I really think you’ll enjoy the intermittent fasting style of OMAD. So happy you are here! I don’t think you gained because of too many calories, to be completely honest. I think it was the six meals a day. Your insulin was constantly spiking which isn’t good and…

Thanks ladies! It really was satisfying. I had a cup of bullet proof coffee afterwards as well. :) @LiLee2018 @asgentr

Today's delicious dish brought to you by my super-dee-duper happy tastebuds! Pork rind oven fried chicken is an excellent way to get your fried on without carbs--even if I weren't watching carbs I'd eat 'em! I made these in the air frier at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, they were tender and juicy on the outside and crispy on…

Wish I could make it for all of us @mistymeadows2005 @Brendalea69 @asgentr And just suit to your taste with honey mustard Vinaigrette. I use raw apple cider vinegar, honey (organic), EVOO, and whatever mustard I’m in the mood for; yesterday I added plain yellow mustard.

Sounds like a lovely chest, overall, aside from the chicken strips being smaller than what they should be. Enjoy your coffee and broth, I hope you achieve what you desire with your plan.

:D :D :D "coffee poops", I'm dying! Sometimes just the smell gets me twitchy down there! hehe Yes, your gain is most definitely water weight and will come off in a few days. :-)

Don't beat yourself up over having too many carbs if low carb is what you're going for, sometimes we stray. I've noticed, for me, that including a lot of healthy fats in my meals helps tremendously.
-
Sure sounds like you're having a fun time and you have the right kind of company for your eating plan, even though you've gone off the rails a bit. lol Keep on having fun!

It does sound like you may need a new scale. I've been re-reading your posts over again. The only thing I can think of that may be your problem is that you are more insulin resistance than you might think. I've had to learn how to clean fast, and that means absolutely zero sweeteners in between meals. I sprinkle cinnamon,…

My meal featured below was so awesome! I also had some pork rinds and a bullet proof coffee to finish it off. My weight this morning was 209.4, hoping it holds for me since that will put me below my monthly goal of 210 for April. :) Still working on being patient with my sleeping med prescription. The pharmacist called…

@mistymeadows2005 thanks sweet lady! And I changed today's weight since I checked my scale and it's more accurate than the doctor's scale (212), and mine read 210.5 so I am sticking with that. lol

Zumba is so much fun! You're doing splendidly, don't be too concerned with the holiday gain, I'm sure you'll rid it in no time! :-)
-
Hope you're doing okay today and that were able to conquer those hunger pangs. Big hugs your way!

You are one hot momma, Brenda! I like your idea for staying on the lower end of your goal weight. I'm so glad you're still around here, you truly are a master at not just losing weight, but maintaining--which is the part I've always struggled with. Seeing how you're doing it gives me hope and knowledge for my own future…

@Brendalea69, I think I will agree. I just checked my scale with a 20 pound weight and it reads 20 pounds, so I don't think it's a stretch to say the doctors digital scale is off. The old-fashioned one, though I always dreaded seeing the thing pushed further to the right, was usually spot on with my home scale. And thanks…

Sweet, sweet, sweet results and especially since you gave yourself a break. I agree it's probably what your body needed. Great job!

Yay, on your 1.5 pound loss and a weight of 164!

Way to go my sweet friend! I'm so proud of you, you are kickin' A S S and taking names along the way. :-)

Hurray! You have nice and steady losses, that's awesome, well done!
-
Most definitely a win, you did fantastic! We still have 3 days to go before the end of the month, technically, so who knows you may meet your true monthly goal yet!

Woohoo! Wow, Tracey, awesome loss, I’m so excited for you!
-
Thanks for sharing your recipe, yum! I still feel off from indulging too much on Easter. Yuk. I think you’ll make your goal this week!
-
Mmmm, slow roast and everything else you had sounds amazing! I, too, love my coffee! I don’t enjoy as much plain old black, but I add spices so that helps. Here’s hoping your stomach bug goes away quickly!

Thanks so much you all. Still water fasting, my Easter indulgence gain is being stubborn. Lol
