That looks amazing. Recipe?

Please don't promote "homeopathic" remedies for depression. If she needs Prozac, she needs Prozac, not some sort of oil.

I will trade you Halo Top for universal health care and Justin Trudeau.

It's made from a plant therefore it's Paleo?

Sparkling wine/champagne is lower in calories than regular wine. I think it's around the 100 calorie mark for a 4 or 5 ounce pour, but don't quote me on that. Trader Joe's has a really nice Blanc de Blancs for $5.99.

4/10 spinning workouts complete and it's only the 9th. :)

Currently my October goal is no fast food (which I am determining by whether or not there is a drive-thru window, LOL), but I usually hit up Taco Bell for a bean burrito. Lots of protein and fiber, very filling (to me), and just under 400 calories. Cheap too!

Morning snack - 3 oz. reduced sodium turkey breast, 1 sliced smoked Gouda (both from Sprouts) Afternoon snack - 1 small apple with 1-2 TBS of peanut butter (depending on how I feel after my lunchtime Spin class)

Unless you're touching something you'd likely be fine. Liquid conducts heat much more than air does. Which is why you can stick your hand in a 450 degree oven but not a pot of boiling water).

I googled it, and it's about liquor?

Hi guys! I used to cycle middle distances (metric centuries, MS-150s, that sort of thing) but haven't for years. I'm building back up slowly, taking October to do cycle classes to get my legs used to going around in circles again. :) October's goal is 10 classes (I also do BodyPump and yoga). What does everyone ride?

No fast food in the month of October.

In Europe that's called "dinner." In America that's not uncommonly referred to as "alcoholic." I will never understand.

Someone responded to a post on Facebook that I should do myself a favor and go on a diet. I responded with "Wow, lucky for me my self-esteem is entirely wrapped up in what internet strangers think of me! I'm so glad you said something! Now I can reach my full potential!" I prefer sarcasm as my weapon of choice. :)

Your MIL can get bent.

Ah, the Spanish cauli rice is off by 10 calories, based on the macros. But MFP calculated that recipe for me? Argh.

Dibs on the soccarat!

OMG your legs are shaped like mine! I always feel like the results photos don't hold as much meaning for me because I'm not shaped that way (which is perfectly fine; everybody and every body is different!). But you are! I look like that!

I am completely with you on the depression. I know exactly what it's like to come home from work and just sit on the couch in pajamas all night. Sure, I have time to do the things but I cannot make myself do them. I'm in awe that you manage the gym 3 times a week. It's not laziness. Please don't beat yourself up on this.…

Does it taste anything like Vega Vanilla protein? Because that stuff was awful. :(

Does whey protein tear anyone else's insides apart? Or just me?

Following for ideas!

Also, flax seeds look like bedbugs.

I feel like kale is "advanced healthy," and I'm over here at the "Try not to eat Taco Bell 4 times a week" level.

Are you paleo?
